What we expect of you

To attend your appointment promptly and to give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointments.

To pay any treatment charges on time.

To look after the work that we provide for you, using the techniques that we will teach you.

Charges for non-exempt/paying NHS patients

Urgent treatment Treatment deemed necessary to alleviate pain when not under a current course of treatment.

Band 1: - This covers dental examination,x rays if needed scale and polish if deemed clinically necessary by the dentist.Oral healthcare and prevention advice, some fissure sealants and all items to diagnose and prevent decay.

Band 2: - This covers all band 1 items plus fillings,root canal treatment tooth extractions and wisdom tooth extractions.

Band 3: - This covers all band 1 and 2 items plus any laboratory work e .g. crowns inlays dentures

You may be exempt from your dental charges if either you or your partner receive either

  • Income support
  • Income based jobseekers allowance
  • Guaranteed pension credit
  • Employment and support allowance
  • If you are entitled to or named on a valid Hc2 certificate
  • If you are pregnant or have a child under a year old
  • If you are 18 and in full time education

Partial help

If you hold a current Hc3 certificate you might get some help This certificate will tell you how much you have to pay.
